    JRP ให้บริการชุบสีกันสนิมด้วยกระแสไฟฟ้า (EDP) ระบบการชุบสีนี้เป็น Water-Based ทำให้เคลือบผิวชิ้นงานได้อย่างทั่วถึง
    ในปัจจุบัน เรามีสายการผลิต EDP ทั้งหมด 6 สายการผลิต เพื่อรองรับความต้องการที่หลากหลายของลูกค้า ประกอบด้วย EDP Epoxy 4 สายการผลิต EDP Acrylic (ป้องกัน UV) 1 สายการผลิต และ EDP High-Edge (เคลือบขอบและพื้นผิวของชิ้นงานได้เรียบเนียน) 1 สายการผลิต
    ทั้ง 6 สายการผลิตนี้มีกำลังการผลิตรวมมากกว่า 400,000 ชิ้นต่อวัน พร้อมตอบโจทย์การผลิตปริมาณสูงได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

    JRP provides anti-corrosion coating through Electro Deposition Painting (EDP), a water-based system that ensures full and even coverage across the surfaces of the parts.
    We currently operate six EDP production lines to meet a wide range of customer needs: four for EDP Epoxy, one for EDP Acrylic (with UV protection), and one High-Edge line (which provides smooth coating on the edges and surfaces of parts).
    Together, these six lines offer a total capacity of over 400,000 parts per day, allowing us to support high-volume manufacturing with efficiency.
